煎茶道は、抹茶を点てる茶道とは異なり、煎茶や玉露などの茶葉を
急須で淹れて味わう日本の伝統文化です。
その歴史は江戸時代に中国から伝わった煎茶の喫茶法が、日本の文人の間で
広まり、独自の発展を遂げたことに始まります。煎茶道では、お茶の味や香り
だけでなく、茶器や空間の美しさ、おもてなしの心を総合的に楽しむことを重視します。
作法や所作には流派ごとの違いがありますが、いずれも自然や季節の変化を感じながら、
穏やかな時間を過ごすことを目的としています。
近年では、そのリラックス効果や健康効果が見直され、若い世代を中心に新たなファンが増えています。
Senchado: The Art of Brewing and Appreciating Japanese Green Tea
Senchado, unlike the more commonly known Matcha (powdered green tea) tea ceremony, is a Japanese cultural practice that emphasises both brewing Sencha or Gyokuro in a Kyusu (teapot), as well as savouring their flavours. Its history began in the Edo period when the method of drinking Sencha (first introduced in China) spread amongst Japanese intellectuals and developed into something more unique. Senchado also emphasises the beauty of the utensils and space utilised in the ceremony, along with embracing the Japanese spirit of hospitality (aka Omotenashi). Manners and etiquette vary depending on the teachings of each school of Sencha, but each ceremony maintains the aim of providing an atmosphere of peace, whilst allowing participants to feel the changes of nature throughout the seasons with the type of teas served. In recent years, the relaxation and health benefits of Sencha has seen growing popularity amongst the younger generations, bringing a whole new group of fans to the wonderful world of Japanese green tea.
露萬坐（Romanza）は、黄檗売茶流の煎茶道を中心に、日本の煎茶文化を気軽に体験できる新しい施設です。お手前の実演からワークショップ、煎茶のテイスティングまで、本格的でありながらカジュアルに楽しめるプログラムをご用意しています。
Romanza: A new facility focused on the sencha tea ceremony (senchado), we provide a space for anyone to experience various aspects of Japanese tradition through Senchado. Romanza offers a more intimate yet casual way to enjoy an authentic tea ceremony, allowing visitors to embrace and deeply connect with the beauty of Japan.

基本的には事前予約が必要です。ご予約は、露萬坐のページにある［WEBで予約をする］ボタンからお申し込みいただけます。
桃山日月下でお稽古は個人的に活用できますか？
ご活用いただけます。各種ご相談は、本サイトのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡くださいませ。
着物は着られますか？
日月下および露萬坐では、着付けサービスの提供は行っておりませんが、以下の対応が可能です。
・日月下：着付け師の方をご自身で手配いただき、施設内でのお着付けは可能です。
・露萬坐：着物でのご来店・ご体験は可能ですが、施設内での着付けや着付け師の同行には対応しておりません。
専用の駐車場はありますか？
日月下・露萬坐ともに専用の駐車場はございません。お近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。
お茶会やお稽古以外での使用は可能ですか？
・日月下では、お茶会やお稽古以外でのご利用も可能です。ご希望の際は、お問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。
・露萬坐は煎茶体験を主とした施設ですが、ご要望内容をお伺いしたうえで、対応の可否をご案内いたします。まずはお気軽にお問い合わせください。
